All prices are exclusive of sales tax, in Canadian dollars. All orders are subject to Sales Tax depending on the Country or Province where the order is to be shipped. Customers have the option to display pricing in US dollars, however checkout balances will be in Canadian dollars. USA Orders will not be charged Sales Tax. Your order will ship with an itemized invoice.
We want our prices to always represent great value and our goal as an authorized dealer is to offer an everyday best price that includes full manufacturer warranty.
Reduced prices are offered on special purchases, package deals, or clearance items. These sale prices are limited time offers and quantities may be very limited. If we publish a sale price on any identical item purchased from us in the previous 14 days, we guarantee that upon request we will refund the difference between the purchase price and the sale price.

Most products are available to ship within the US and Canada. Note there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to .5 kilogram.
Please also note, that while we do our best to ensure weights are accurate for all our products, occasionally we make errors! If the actual shipping cost will be considerably higher than calculated by the store shipping options, we may request the difference to be paid prior to shipping.
While we strive to keep as complete an in-stock inventory as possible, occasional inaccuracies will cause us to discover out of stock status on items as we begin to pack your order. If this happens, we will contact you immediately with an estimated delivery time and confirm that you still wish to place your order.
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. A Web site of this size may contain incorrect pricing or other errors. We do our best to minimize such errors, and will always notify you if an error of this sort results in a change in the charge for your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

With very few exceptions, if any item you purchase from us does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund. We will process your refund as soon as we receive your return. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you, otherwise shipping costs are not refunded.
- Custom orders are not refundable - this includes any product that is customized for size, options, colour etc. and special ordered.
- Special Orders (items not regularly stocked) may not be refundable. Contact us to assess options available. Some special orders can be returned with re-stocking fees applied, which can provide up to 60% refund or in-store credit.
For all other orders:
- If it is within 14 days and the items are in new condition with original packaging, there is a 100% credit or refund on any regularly stocked item (less discounts & shipping costs). This does not apply to third-party financed orders, special orders (custom made suits, tall or short sizes that are not stocked, rare colours, stock or custom drysuits, 1 off items that take 2-4 weeks to receive and will be hard to re-sell).
- If you order a product that is normally stocked and it doesn’t fit, no problem! If we have another one in stock in the next size up or down or can get one easily. We will happily switch it for a replacement; simply just ship it back to us at your cost.
- If items have been unused but packaging is destroyed, products can still be returned for store credit worth up to 80% of the purchase price.
- Returns against orders with "Free Shipping" will have refunds assessed excluding the freight paid by COJO Diving.
- Returns against orders with third-party financing, are subject to review and approval by the financing institution. Approved returns will have refunds assessed excluding financing fees paid by COJO Diving.
You must contact us before returning your purchase because in many cases we can resolve your concerns without creating a return. If you elect to return your purchase, carefully pack your return for shipment back to us and inside the package please include a copy of your invoice. Please help us by making a brief note of the reason for your return on the invoice.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please don't forget you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return shipping. For high value returns we recommend that you select a carrier that offers package tracking, insure your package for safe return, and declare the full value of the package so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you prefer, you may also make your return by visiting our store.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
