Important Notes.
- If cancellation is needed due to weather, we will send a cancellation notice by Noon on Friday, August 29. If you need to know earlier due to travel plans, please let us know.
- The fee listed is the boat charter fee only. Not Included - fees for rented equipment, dive guide, gratuities.
- Divers must have a minimum Advanced Open Water certification, at least 10 logged dives in the Bay of Fundy, and recent cold water dive experience.
Our charter boat is the Fundy Spray, which is a 50ft converted fishing vessel owned by the Huntsman Marine Science Center, located in St. Andrews NB.
Our plan is to be loaded and ready to depart by 10:00am.

Travel to the Market Wharf and unload your gear by 9:15am, then move your vehicle to park for the day and walk back to the wharf.
Timings may be adjusted - you will be notified by email at least one day prior to departure.
This is a 2-dive charter including Deer Island. This charter is for advanced divers only with a minimum of 10 logged dives in the Bay of Fundy.
You can plan to dress-in & gear up on the boat as we travel to the first dive site, we will be motoring for approx 1.5 hours.
Our plan is to return to the Market Wharf by 3:00pm latest.
Our dives have typically been in the 30-60ft range, though some sites may have a deeper range.
Please keep in mind that we may need to change the planned dive sites as needed for conditions.
All divers must carry a whistle or other audible device, and surface marker.
All divers must be physically fit for diving, dive within limits and certification levels.
All divers must accept the conditions and sign a Boat Travel liability release prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel, we don't refund fees paid unless we can fill your spot with another diver.
- If weather/conditions are not suitable for the planned site, we will first seek alternate site(s) before cancelling the charter.
- If we do cancel the charter due to weather/conditions, your fees paid are fully refunded.
